According to the Sports Illustrated’s Peter King,  the Philadelphia Eagles have been offered a 2012 first round pick for quarterback Kevin Kolb from an unknown team.

The only problem is that the Eagles hands remain tied since the new league year for the NFL hasn’t opened yet.  The league year won’t begin since the lockout has been put back into affect.  With out a new league year,  trades and free agency will not happen at this point.

There is a possibility that the NFL lockout might be lifted once again this week since the 8th circuit court hasn’t given an official ruling on the NFL owners plea for a “stay”.
